For any mechanical equipment, lubrication system is so essential, which is usually regarded as the “blood” of machine. Lubrication oil taken from machine is similar to blood taken from human body, which contains much information about the condition of the equipment. To take oil sample efficiently and properly, a wonderful oil sampling pump kit is very necessary.

1. Remove the cover of the sampling bottle and connect with the sampler at its threaded end.

2. Loosen the large silver white screw on the top of the sampler and insert the sampler through the middle hole of the screw until its end aligned with the thread of the bottle (Do not insert too deep as the oil may be pumped into the sampler as the pipe is submerged in the oil.)

3. Tighten the large screw on the top of the Sample Collector

4. Insert the pipe end which is outside into the sample.

5. Pull and push the handle at the end of the sample to pump the oil into the sampling bottle until the liquid level reaches 3/4 of the bottle volume.

6. Remove the sampling bottle, cover it and stick a label on it (The label should contain sampling time, oil sample No., oil sample name, equipment, using time and operator).

7. Pull out the sampling tube and clean the Sample Collector
