This online oil detection sensor integrates multiple detection units such as ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic wear particles, viscosity, density, micro-water content, water activity, temperature, dielectric constant (contamination), etc., so as to complete the integrated detection task of oil wear status and oil characteristics. The device is compact and sturdy, and is very suitable for oil status monitoring of vehicle-mounted equipment and other heavy industrial equipment. It is a reliable product for preventive maintenance and advanced intelligent manufacturing.
It also has built-in internal temperature measurement and oil flow rate measurement functions, which realize self-inspection of the sensor’s working environment and judgment of the oil circuit fluidity, always ensuring that the sensor works in a good detection state and the representativeness of the detected oil sample.

Summary Information:

1) Detection capability: ferromagnetic abrasive particles Fe> 40μm ( ESD ) Five levels; non-ferromagnetic abrasive NFe> 150μm ( ESD ) five levels.
2) Measuring diameter: Φ 1 2 mm.
3) Statistical cycle: 30 seconds for startup self-check (first time), counting interval adjustable from 300 to 3600 seconds.
4) Particles: Max 100 particles / second
5) Viscosity, density, trace moisture and other physical and chemical indexes testing.
